It has been awhile since I have posted anything, sorry about that : ( (been in a slump, if you know what I mean) anyways…

Sky shark is a fun arcade shooter. A classic that I remember fondly, waking up on saturday morning to spend hours playing this game. You play as a pilot, controlling a plane called Skyshark, you shoot down the enemy planes, tanks and other similar things. Simple yet challenging. I’ve spent many hours playing this game, for good reason. It is challenging. Also you can gain power ups along the way that increase the amount of bullets you fire at one time. There are bombs too that you can use and obtain throughout the game.
There are a total of 5 levels (If I remember correctly) and 6 gun upgrades. Apparently there are 3 difficulty levels, but to be honest I have not beat the harder difficulties nor will I try XD You start off with 4 lives and 3 bombs.
I guess there is not a whole lot for me to say, except to just keep trying at it. I just keep playing and playing it until eventually I know when and where the enemy is going to come from, anticipation is key. Also of course there are continues, but its limited. Also, conserve your bombs too, using them at the right times instead of just wasting (spamming them all at once) them really helps too.
The levels are neat looking and keep things from getting stale. Also the enemy planes, tanks and bunkers are also cool looking and functioning. This game has a pretty good soundtrack in my opinion, I love it. It fits the game and levels very well and sometimes really gets me motivated when im doing really well (in the zone). One of the things is though, use a turbo pad or something similar, why? Because it gets really repetitive mashing the A button on a standard NES controller. I was lucky enough as a kid that my parents got the big joy pad thingy, it had turbo options for both A and B buttons.
I almost forgot to mention, this game can be played with 2 players. Each person takes turns and goes until they die, then its the next persons turn. This is really fun playing with another person, not much else to say.

So I was sitting here thinking, what should I do? Hmm…Things have been pretty bland round here. Not much doing around here, besides for playing Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, listening to music and wandering aimlessly on the internet, looking for something that pique’s my interest. Which has been turning up dry : P
Time to do something different. It would be funny to go draw some graffiti somewhere inappropriate. I’m not sure what I would draw…maybe ill do my name, no one would have a clue who it was
Ah it’s best to scrap that idea, no need to start doing stuff like that just cause i am bored. Hm for some reason I just can’t think of much to do, ya know? I read an interesting status update on Facebook today, it said “Ever want to answer every question with a middle finger? That’s kinda where I’m at today” (Erin you’re awesome). Which is funny, I’ve felt like that before.
It’s been like forever since I have written anything besides for game reviews. Mostly because there Isn’t a whole lot more that I can think of to write about. Who the hell want’s to read a boring blog about uninteresting stuff?
I went outside to “do” something but after I got there I was like..uhh..I can’t think of anything I want to do. So I just sat there and stared at the sky……………. Blah……………
Why should I have to physically “do” something? i thought to myself. Screw it, im doing lots, you just can’t visibly see it :X
So what else is interesting and humorous to say….I guess ill go for random. I need to fix my pants..yep..my pants. They gots lotsa holes in em, ill fix them myself soon cause I know enough sewing to take care of it. I like to eat Pears too but i never get to, cause I don’t have any. Pears are good though.
I think it would be fun to meet someone new, someone interesting though as long as they don’t come off as too strong.
I was going to start reading my favorite series of books but..yea there is a new one out and i really need to read it, but I don’t have the money to buy it.. I like to read Brian Jacques Redwall series. The new book is called The Sable Quean, yep Quean, spelled like that. I like these books alot.
I totally ripped it from wiki, hahaha
So yep that is the scoop. yea interesting. Couch. swords..n some crackers too
